Voxbird AI is exclusively for creating and using AI voice models of YOUR OWN voice. By using our service, you agree that:

•You will only create voice models of your own voice
•You have full rights to use and replicate your voice
•You will not attempt to create voice models of other people without their explicit written consent
•You will not use the service for impersonation, fraud, or any illegal activities

2. Voice Rights & Ownership

When you create a voice model with Voxbird AI:

•You retain all rights to your voice and its AI-generated outputs
•You are responsible for how your voice model is used
•You must not share your voice model access with others

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

•Creating voice models of other people without authorization
•Using voice models for deceptive purposes or impersonation
•Using voice models to spread misinformation
•Any illegal or fraudulent activities
•Harassment or harmful content creation

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with no refund. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to generate content that is:

•Illegal or promotes illegal activities
•Harassing, abusive, or hateful
•Intentionally deceptive or misleading
•In violation of others' rights

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Changes to these terms will be communicated via email.
